How can I check my order?

Once your order is shipped, a confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to you. You can also view your real-time order status in the 'My Account' section.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Orders can be canceled or modified only while they are in the 'Order Confirmed' stage. Once the status changes to 'Preparing for Shipment', we are unable to make any changes.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, MUUN ships worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the weight of your order.

Customs duties, taxes, and any additional fees are the responsibility of the recipient and may vary by country.

What is your policy on returns due to a change of mind?

For returns due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for both arranging the return shipment and covering all associated shipping costs. Please ensure the item remains in its original, unopened condition.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original, unopened, and unused condition. Please note that for change-of-mind returns, customers must arrange the return shipment and bear the shipping costs. We kindly ask you to place your order carefully.

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. Please contact us at our customer center (contact@mozzolok.com) within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the product. We will provide a 100% free exchange or full refund for defective or incorrect items.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
